 You know that feeling when the sunshine is shining down and the flowers are blooming, it all just seems right in the world... That is a feeling I think we can cling to even through the storms. Beautiful thing about being a child of the King, no matter the storms in our lives. No matter what we may be weathering, his SON and his light still shines down on us. His love still warms our hearts and souls and brings us peace. Even in the storm we can be set apart for better purposes and plans and we can have peace through the wind and the rain. Be encouraged today to let the peace of the father and the light of the SON shine into your life and into your situation. You aren't alone and God wants nothing more then to be invited in and to endure it with you. God bless!

Today I find myself thinning and wondering how the human emotions and feelings truly work. How someone can claim you mean everything to them one moment and walk away the next. I have a feeling plenty of us have felt this way at one time or another in our lives. As I begin this journey of healing and self growth I have it on my heart to share with all of you. Since this blog has begun I have kept things real and raw and I will continue to do so, I am grateful in this moment that although people may leave, God will never leave and I am still held by him. I am grateful to serve a God who never changes and in fact loves us so much he fights for us every day. This world is full of people who will fail us but God will never fail us, leave us or forsake us. If you are in a moment of pain or experiencing something similar to me I encourage you, cling to God. Your worth is in him not someone in this world. Your strength will be hard to find but it will come from him and him alone. Peace may see
