Your Crown

Every day we wear several "hats" in our lives. We switch these hats around frequently and maybe even wish we could take some off... But despite all of our hats that we take on and off, double up etc, how often do we remember the crown we wear all the time? The crown that isn't dependent on the current hat. The crown that is only dependent on our forever king. As sons and daughters of the king we get to wear forever crowns. Take pride in your crown and take pride in knowing that God chooses your hats specifically for you too. Go through your day with pride, yet humbly in order to show others God's love for the\m through you. Your crown is your microphone, your light, use it to bring others to the Kingdom!

Life Boat

  There have been several topics on my mind and heart the last week. So I pray right now that God present them here the way he wants them written and understood. One topic I'm sure I've touched on before is uncertainty, however I feel it is more relevant now than possibly ever. Open Mic

Today I really want to bring the focus back to what I truly believe is worth fighting against. Bullying is becoming more prominent all across our state and country. All we hear about however is the same speech of how bullying is bad and hardly any solutions to stop it. Today I'd like to take a different approach.. Do you have a success story of bullying? Have you been bullied? Or do you know someone who's been bullied and wants to share the story of how they rose above and overcame it? The biggest satisfaction is given to a bully when they see that they have inflicted pain or hardship.. lets work together and show bullies, show the world that we have come out strong. Be-You-Tiful

Hey Ladies<3 This post is specifically for all my ladies out there, we often hear the word "beautiful" in many ways. Its often used when we see someone we find prettier than ourselves in our eyes. We feel like we don't measure up because we aren't the "perfect or ideal" weight, or maybe we aren't using the super expensive makeup that someone else is. People in general are self conscious but we as woman get the brunt of it. We constantly try to be the "ideal" for someone else, its like a constant battle to be someones idea of beautiful. So much so that we forget to focus on our own idea of beautiful. We wear uncomfortable cloths, go on massive diets, and try to learn the impossible eye liner tutorials so that we feel like we measure up. We get so caught up in the worlds idea of beauty that we loose track of what we think is beautiful and what is spiritually beautiful.
